STUDENT DRESS CODE
⦁ Pants must be always worn at the waist.
⦁ No hats or other head coverings are permitted inside the school building at any time, except where mandated by legitimate religious or medical requirement. Hats are acceptable outdoors.
⦁ No pajamas, pajama pants, or bedroom slippers.
⦁ Hoodies are allowed but the hood may not be pulled up over the head while in the building.
⦁ The following apparel is never acceptable:
⦁ Bandanas or headbands.
⦁ Steel-toed boots
⦁ Shirts/tops that expose the midriff
⦁ Sleeveless shirts of any kind.
⦁ Halter-style shirts, tops, or dresses
⦁ Clothing that is sexually provocative such as revealing, sheer or net clothing
⦁ Yoga pants
⦁ Clothing that promotes violence, gangs, drugs, or other illegal activities,
⦁ Clothing that denigrates race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
⦁ Overly tight clothing
⦁ Clothing that exposes cleavage.
⦁ Leggings are only permitted to be worn under a dress, tunic, or skirt that covers the buttocks.
⦁ Dresses, skirts, and shorts must be no shorter than 6 inches above the knee.
⦁ Outerwear, such as heavy coats and jackets, are not permitted to be worn in the building.
*Judgment on the appropriateness of dress is at the sole discretion of the Director of Education.
I have read and agree with the Student Dress Code at LifeBridge Academy. I understand that if I am out of dress code, my parents or guardian may be called to bring me an appropriate outfit OR I may be sent home.
